Greetings MSS!
As we approach the end of the season, it is time to return or check out your uniform and clean out your lockers. We will be using these uniforms next year, so keep that in mind when caring for it and deciding how you will store it. Regardless of if you are storing your uniform at the RAM or at home, ensure that it is properly cleaned and ready to be put away by following the instructions in this email.
RAM Uniform Returns
You can bring your uniform to the RAM (3650 Moose Wilson Road, the same location as onboarding) at the following times:
Beginning April 1st: Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays from 1PM - 5PM
April 14th - 25th, Monday - Friday, 11AM - 5PM
Uniform Check Out
If you are eligible to keep your uniform through summer, you may sign out your uniform and store it yourself until next winter. The eligibility requirements are as follows:
Full Time or Part Time+ and planning to return to MSS in 25-26
5+ year employee of any status and planning to return to MSS in 25-26
If you are not certain you meet these requirements, email admin.
Repairs
If your uniform needs a repair addressed in order to make it through another season, please bring the entire set to the RAM so it can be kept together once the repair is complete. Make sure to let whoever is accepting your uniform know what needs to be fixed, and it will be shipped out.
Snowboard
All previous versions of the Burton Snowboard uniform must be returned to the RAM, and new ones will be issued in the fall for those who were not able to pick it up this year
If you got a new Burton Uniform as of this season, you may sign it out if you meet the check-out requirements.
Cleaning
Please return your uniform in the following condition:
Washed & fully dried
Note that if your uniform is returned damp, you may be asked to take him home to dry it- the goal being to prevent mildew and a smelly uniform.
Nametag is in the holder
All pieces are returned
Pockets are clean and empty (No crumbs, please, Gore-Tex doesn't stop mice!)

Lockers
Lockers must be cleaned and empty, and all skis removed from ski slots, by the end of the day on employee ski day, April 14th.
Each locker room will have cleaning supplies available for you by the weekend, you may borrow them to wipe down the inside of your locker. Look for them in baskets with labels.
Anything left in the lockers after employee ski day will be donated or thrown away.
Please not that before you do anything with your uniform to end the season- ensure with your supervisor that you do not have any more scheduled days of work. If you have any questions regarding uniforms, lockers, and general closing duties, please reach out to the admin team so we can help!
