Progressive Performance Pay
Progressive Performance Pay (PPP) is a component of the MSS instructor compensation system. PPP is a two-part incentive for instructors and guides specifically, based on performance as well as their commitment to work through the end of the season. PPP% is earned based on total work hours at the completion of the season, and increases progressively from 2% to 10% of gross winter wages. Please note that all four of the following criteria must be met in order to be eligible to receive PPP:

Work at least 225hrs during the winter season

Be available to work through April 14th, 2024

Meet all status expectations for the status to which you committed for the season

Be in good standing and eligible for rehire

Uniform returned and locker cleaned out

PPP is generally paid out during the first week of May, via the same method employees receive their paychecks (Direct Deposit or Wisely card).
